Terms of Use
This agreement is made between Cascadle and you, our user. It explains the rights and responsibilities that apply to your use of our apps and services.

Before accessing or using our app, please read and accept this agreement. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you should not use our app. We are not responsible for products or services provided by third parties through our app; if you choose to use them, you must comply with their respective terms, which are deemed incorporated into and considered part of these Terms of Use.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time without prior written notice to you. Please review these Terms periodically for updates. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes means that you accept and agree to the revisions.
1. User account security
If you use the platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, such as your display name, mobile number, and OTP. If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, incomplete, or not in accordance with these Terms, we may indefinitely suspend, terminate, or block your access. Your mobile phone number is treated as your primary identifier, and it is your responsibility to keep it up to date. Please notify Cascadle immediately of any unauthorised use or breach of your account.
2. Our services
We grant you access to our services. You can use our app to take photos, edit photos, create a calendar, and add backgrounds to your photos.
3. Intellectual property
All material available on the service — including software, effect designs, fonts, stickers, designs, music, and other materials, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, as well as all derivative works — is owned by us or our licensors and service providers, and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You own the content you upload and create. Content already available on the platform that you use as part of the service belongs to Cascadle. We may use content you upload to improve our products and services in anonymised form. If you upload or use any third-party copyrighted content, you are solely responsible for it and for any legal claims arising from it.
4. Your responsibilities
To use our services and materials, you must agree to abide by this agreement and the licenses of other parties. We will not be responsible or liable for any use of your content by us in accordance with these Terms.
5. Terms of termination
This agreement continues to apply until terminated by either you or Cascadle. You may end your agreement with Cascadle at any time, for any reason, by discontinuing your use of our apps.
6. Limitation of liability
You understand and agree that we will not be liable to you or any third party for any loss of profits, use, goodwill, or data, or for any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from: the use, disclosure, or display of content you created using our services; your use or inability to use the service; statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or any other matter relating to the service.
7. Privacy
Protecting your personal information is very important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information — including how we handle photos, camera data, and account details — is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
